My name is Stan Swanson and I've been writing for quite some time. My first poem was published in the local newspaper when I was seven or eight. I was published again in high school and even won an award in our annual literary publication. Quite some time between moments of fame I think you would agree. But one thing I have always done is to write my ideas down. I've jotted ideas for book titles on my arm, song titles on scraps of napkins and both fiction and non-fiction book ideas any handy place I could find. The end result? I have far more ideas for good books than I'll ever have the time or energy to write.
